Bath Spa University is a public university located in Bath, England. Its main campus is at Newton Park, about three and a half miles west of the city centre. There are other campuses for the institution in Bath and one at Corsham Court in Wiltshire. The organisation, formerly Bath College of Higher Education and Bath Spa University College, was granted full university status in August 2005. Just over 7,500 students from more than 40 nations attend Bath Spa University. Because of its tiny size, Bath Spa maintains its status as a small, intimate university that prioritises education and student welfare.
