With the BA (Hons) Criminology and Sociology degree, you will be able to explore and critically assess how society perceives, defines, and manages crime – and graduate equipped for a career in public or community-based services. This degree presents an exciting opportunity to enter a rapidly expanding academic field where new research areas for sociological and criminological examination are opening up every day. Through various courses, you will study both the nature of crime and contemporary society in this course. The facilities include a moot courtroom, a legal skills recording suite, and many open-access ICT rooms. There are also crime scene homes.
