MA Applied Social Work: Practice Education
The MA in Applied Social Work: Practice Education is part of various CPD courses available for Social Workers at the University. Entry Requirements
The minimum requirement for applicants is a necessary college degree with honours or an equivalent. The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or another British social work regulatory body must have applicants' registration information on file. Successful candidates often hold an honours degree (2:2 or higher) and professional social work qualification. All applicants must be licenced social workers who want to teach in the field. All applicants must have some direct experience helping people learn, such as being an onsite supervisor. Most applicants will have a minimum of two years of post-qualifying experience for direct entry into the course.
