This Sport and Physical Education degree focuses on sports psychology, including motivation and behaviour, while teaching you lab-based techniques that advance your understanding of human performance. Exercise practice, sport pedagogy, physiology and health, physical activity and social inclusion, physical activity and health interventions, and professional development are additional topics covered in the course.
